Cancellations of the workshop after 7 days of receiving confirmation of the booking will incur a £50 processing fee. Cancellations
made within 30 days of the date of the workshop will incur a fee of £150. Cancellations within 48 hours of the day of the workshop will
be charged at the full invoice amount. Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed as received from Historic Workshops in order for the workshop to be cancelled. The cost of replacing any equipment damaged by the school’s students or staff may be invoiced to the school, plus an administration fee of £25 – the school accepts full responsibility for the care of Historic Workshop’s equipment whilst on the school’s premises. These terms are automatically accepted by the school upon booking (unless otherwise stated in writing) after a seven-day cooling-off period (from the date that the booking confirmation was received).
